Program Overview. Each participant in the Strava Referral Program will receive one discount code for a Strava subscription to share with a family or friend (“Referral Code”). From time to time, Strava may, in its sole discretion, offer a benefit to a participant if such participant’s Referral Code is successfully redeemed (the “Reward”).
Eligibility. Only active subscribers to Strava who are at least eighteen (18) years old in the United States, Canada, or United Kingdom (“Referring Party”) may participate in the Strava Referral Program. The Strava Referral Program will be effective from April 8, 2026, to May 3, 2026.
Qualifying Referrals.
If applicable, a referral qualifies for the Reward if: (i) a user completes the sign-up process for a subscription to Strava using the Referring Party’s Referral Code on strava.com/redeem and not through the App Store or Google Play; (ii) at the time of sign-up, such user does not have an existing active subscription to Strava; and (iii) such user remains a subscriber for at least fourteen (14) days after activating their subscription.
A user that meets the qualifications of Section 3(a) of these Strava Referral Program Terms & Conditions shall be referred to as the “Referred Party.”
A Referral Code can only be redeemed once. Once the Referral Code is used, it cannot be used again to redeem any other benefits or discounts.
Prohibited Conduct.
Each of the Referring Party and the Referred Party may not: (i) refer themselves using multiple Strava or email accounts; (ii) create fake or fraudulent Strava or email accounts; or (iii) distribute or sell the Referral Code for any commercial purposes or otherwise publicize for use by the general public.
Strava reserves the right to withhold Rewards if it determines referrals are fraudulent or violate these terms.
Reward Redemption.
The Referring Party is responsible for following all written instructions received from Strava on how to redeem a Reward, if applicable.
Rewards will be shipped to the address provided by the Referring Party. The Referring Party is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Rewards will not be shipped to countries outside of the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom.
Changes or Termination. Strava reserves the right to modify, change, update, terminate or restrict the applicability of the Strava Referral Program at any time in its sole discretion and without further notice.
General. Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these Strava Referral Program Terms & Conditions and Strava’s Terms of Service. All personal information collected in the Strava Referral Program shall be collected, stored and processed in accordance with Strava’s Privacy Policy and Strava’s Cookie Policy.
