If you subscribed through Android:

    • Strava app Settings > Current Subscription > Change Billing Cycle > select Yearly

If you subscribed through the Strava website:

    • At this time there is no way to switch from monthly to annual while keeping an active subscription. First, visit your Account page and first cancel your subscription. You then will need to wait for your subscription to end on the listed date, then you can re-subscribe to an annual subscription.
      • Please note that you will not lose any data by canceling your subscription.

How will I know if my price is going to change?

From time to time, the price of your Strava subscription plan may change to reflect new subscriber-only features and functionality. If the price of your Strava subscription plan changes, you will receive notice of your price change at least 30 days before your renewal date. This notice will state the updated price and the date when it will go into effect. Please note, that applicable local taxes may change without notice.

I subscribed through Apple. Why can’t I see my upcoming renewal price?

If you subscribed through Apple, please visit the iOS app store to ensure you see the most up-to-date information about your new price.

I’m not currently paying in my local currency. How do I update my subscription?

    • There may be several reasons why your current subscription is not in your local currency. These reasons may include:
      • You subscribed before Strava accepted your local currency
      • You have moved to a new country since you first subscribed
      • You were traveling outside of your country when you first subscribed
    • At this time there is no way to switch your currency while keeping an active subscription. First, visit your Account page and cancel your subscription. You then will need to wait for your subscription to end on the listed date, then you can re-subscribe in your local currency.
      • Please note that you will not lose any data by canceling your subscription. You will only lose access to the paid features temporarily when your subscription expires. Access to those features will be turned back on once you re-subscribe.

I currently have a Student Plan. What’s happening to my subscription?

    • For Strava members who are still eligible for a Student Plan discount, you will be able to receive the same discount towards the updated price.
      • You will receive notice of your price change at least 30 days before your renewal date, stating the updated price.
      • You will need to re-verify your student status before your renewal date in order to continue with the discounted price.
