The Fi Collar keeps track of all your dog's activities and, with a subscription or membership, allows remote tracking of your dog. You can share activities recorded on the Fi app to your Strava account. Learn more about the Fi Collar here.
Connecting to Strava from your Fi app:

Create or log in to your Fi account.

Click on the Dog icon in the bottom right of the screen.

Next, tap on the three bars on the top right and select ‘Integrations’.

From this screen select Strava from your Available Apps and connect Fi with your Strava account.
Sharing your Fi Activities with Strava:
- When taking your dog for a walk make sure that the Fi app is open on your phone.
- After the walk is completed, your activity will automatically sync to your Strava account.
How to disconnect Strava from Fi:
In the Fi app, open your dog's profile and tap on the three bars. From there, select ‘Connected Apps’. Follow the steps below for either iOS or Android to disconnect Fi from Strava.
With iOS:

- Under Connected Apps, select Strava and then Remove Connection.
- Select Yes and tap the X to go back to the menu.
- To check that Strava has been successfully disconnected from Fi, go back to Connected Apps. If the integration has been successfully removed, under Available, you will see Strava.
With Android:

- Under Connected Apps, select Strava.
- Choose Remove Connection then select Yes.
- To check that Strava has been successfully disconnected from Fi, go back to Connected Apps. If the integration has been successfully removed, under Available, you will see Strava.
FAQs
Why didn’t my recorded walk show up on Strava?
To get your Fi walks to automatically show up in Strava, please ensure the following steps are being followed:

- You must be logged into your Strava account, however, the Strava App doesn't have to be open.
- On your walk, you bring your phone with you and have the Fi App open or running in the background.
- Your walk is 250m or .15 miles outside of your dog’s Fi Safe Zone, for proper tracking.
Can I re-sync an activity or add past activities?
Walks from the Fi App are automatically imported to Strava and cannot be manually uploaded.
Why does my uploaded walk look different in the Strava app?
Fi and Strava use different tracking software, and they also use different software to display the walk on their respective maps. For this reason, you may see slight differences between the walks on each app.
How does the Strava work if there are multiple owners or dog walkers connected in my Fi App?
Only owners have access to the integration, but dog walkers will not. Multiple owners can connect their personal Strava account under their Fi Account, but only the owner whose phone is connected to the Fi Collar during the walk will have it uploaded to Strava.
Will my Fi app and collar work when I travel?
The Fi app can only be downloaded in the US. However, if you have the app downloaded and your Fi collar set up already, your collar will work to track your dog’s activity and sleep, when you’re abroad. Since the Fi App is only available for download in the US, you will not be able to set it up internationally. The Fi Collar is only available to purchase in the US, including Puerto Rico and the USVI.
