SoulCycle and Strava

You can sync your SoulCycle studio rides to Strava and connect your active life.

Connect SoulCycle to Strava

1. 1. Open the SoulCycle app and go to your account settings.
   2. Navigate to "Our Partners".
   3. Tap "Connect with Strava" and authorize the connection.

After you have connected your SoulCycle account to Strava, you can automatically sync your studio rides. Please note that only studio rides completed after connecting the integration on SoulCycle will sync to Strava at this time. This integration will support indoor grouping – learn more about grouped indoor activities here.

Disconnect SoulCycle from Strava

1. 1. Open the SoulCycle app and go to your account settings.
   2. Navigate to "Our Partners".
   3. Tap "Connect with Strava".
   4. Select “Disconnect my Strava Account” and confirm that you want to disconnect.

What data will sync from SoulCycle

Activities will include the class name, moving time, approximate distance, speed, studio location, and a short video from SoulCycle.

FAQs

Is the integration available for the SoulCycle At-Home Bike?

No, at this time, only rides that are completed in person at a SoulCycle Studio will sync to your Strava account.
