Freeletics and Strava

By connecting Freeletics to Strava, you can seamlessly synchronize your workouts between the platforms. This allows you to track your runs and rides using Strava without wearables or use wearables like FitBit or Garmin that don't sync with iOS HealthKit or Android HealthConnect.

Connecting to Strava from Freeletics

    1. Open the Freeletics app and navigate to Profile > Settings.
    2. Go to Connections and toggle the Strava switch to enable the integration.
    3. You will be prompted to log in to your account with your Strava credentials to establish the connection.
    4. Ensure your Strava workouts are set to Everyone; otherwise, they won’t sync with Freeletics.

How to disconnect from Freeletics

Disable the Integration:

    1. Go back to Profile > Settings > Connections.
    2. Toggle off the Strava switch.

You’ll be given two options:

    1. Disable and Keep Past Data:
        • Stops new activities from syncing, but your past data remains.
    2. Disable and Remove Past Data:
        • Stops new activities from syncing and deletes all previously synced Strava data from Freeletics.

Please note removing past data may affect your Freeletics Base and Consistency scores, possibly leading to a loss of streaks or a decrease in your DAS Consistency. You can also choose to disable the Freeletics directly from the Strava app. However, doing so will also remove all of your past Strava data.

FAQs

Why did my activity upload twice?

To avoid duplicate entries, you should only enable one integration at a time. For example, if your Apple Watch syncs activities to both Strava and Freeletics, enabling the Strava integration might result in duplicate entries.

Will my previous activities sync after I connect my Strava to Freeletics?

The integration is active from the day you enable it, and only activities from that point onwards will sync. Previous activities will not be synced.

Where can I view my activities after they sync to my Freeletics account?

Strava activities, once synced, are visible under Daily Activities and will contribute to your Freeletics Base and Consistency score.

How will my activities get to Freeletics?

Once the integration is enabled, any new activity on Strava will automatically sync with Freeletics without needing to open the app.
