FAQs

Why Aren't My Activities Syncing With Strava?

First, ensure the integration is still connected under More > Settings > Strava, and check that the activity is visible on your Carv home page. If both look correct, allow some time for syncing. Delays of several minutes can occur.

I Connected the Wrong Strava Account. How Do I Change It?

To switch accounts, disconnect the Strava integration from More > Settings > Strava, then reconnect and authorize the correct Strava account.

How Do I Stop Syncing Activities?

You can turn off auto-upload at any time from More > Settings > Strava, or fully disconnect Strava from this menu. Once auto-upload is turned off or the integration is disconnected, no new activities will be synced.
