Changing Subscription Length

Changing your subscription length between annual and monthly will take effect at your next renewal date. For example, if you want to change from monthly to yearly and your current monthly subscription renews on the 5th of next month, your change to annual will take place on the 5th, and that is when you will be billed for the yearly amount. 

  • If you've subscribed using Google Play and you're using the Strava Android app, open your settings from the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Home, Groups, or You tab.
    Select Additional Subscription Information > Manage Subscription > Change Billing Cycle, then choose your desired length.
  • If you've subscribed using iTunes/App Store and you're using the Strava iOS app, open your settings from the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Home, Groups, or You tab. Select Subscription Membership > Change to Monthly/Annual, and you'll be taken to the Apple App Store.
  • If you've subscribed through our website, open the drop-down menu from your profile picture and select Settings > My Account.
    • If you're currently being billed annually, select Cancel Subscription and complete the cancelation process. Once the current year expires, you can renew your Strava subscription at the monthly price.
    • If you're currently being billed monthly, select Cancel Subscription and complete the cancelation process. 
      • Once the current month expires, you can renew your Strava subscription at the annual price.
