How to Subscribe

Strava subscriptions can be purchased through the Strava mobile app or the Strava website. Athletes should refrain from purchasing Strava subscriptions from unauthorized vendors or sharing their Strava login credentials.

To subscribe through the Strava website, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure you are logged into the account you wish to upgrade.
2. Click on the Subscribe button towards the top right. If your account is eligible for a free trial, you may see a Start Trial button.
3. Follow the prompt to start your trial, or you can subscribe on the next page.
4. Click More Billing Options if you wish to change your subscription length (annually or monthly).
5. Enter your payment method and select the option to "securely pay." 
1. If your account is eligible for a trial, we will begin billing your payment method for subscription fees at the end of the free trial period; unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period.

To subscribe through the Strava mobile app, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure you are logged into the account you wish to upgrade.
2. Depending on your account's eligibility, you can tap any button or prompt that says Subscribe Now or Start Free Trial.
3. Open the You tab from the bottom navigation menu > tap the icon in the upper right corner > Your Strava Subscription.
4. Follow the prompts to start your trial, or you can subscribe on the next page.
5.  Tap More Billing Options if you wish to change your subscription length (annually or monthly).
6. Enter your payment method and select the option to "securely pay."

If you're having trouble subscribing, please refresh the page or close and re-open Strava if you are using the app. If you are still experiencing issues afterward, you can contact our support team to verify if Strava subscriptions are supported in your region.
