How do I contact Strava Support?

To reach out to our Support team with a question, an issue, or to leave us feedback:

1. From the Support website: 

Click the link to Submit a Request at the bottom of this page. You will be asked to log in to your Strava account before you can submit a ticket.

You can also view your existing tickets by clicking Login in the upper right corner of this page, and choosing "My Activities" in the menu under your name.

2. From the Strava mobile app:

Log in to Strava. Click the More tab on the Strava app. From the menu select Help, then FAQ & Support. You will see the option to Contact Us.
