Strava's Month In Sport provides a look back at your performance for the previous month. To view your Month In Sport, log into your account on the Strava mobile app and select You > Progress > Month In Sport. This feature is only accessible via the Strava mobile app, and you must have the latest version installed on your phone.

Why can't I view my Month In Sport?
You need to have the latest version of the Strava app installed to view your Month In Sport. You must have at least three activities on Strava from the month to generate a report.
Which activities are included in my Month in Sport?
Active Days Card, Trophy Case, Monthly Summary, and Totals Card: Includes data from public, private, and virtual activities completed during the previous month. This data is only visible to you.
Social Competition Card: Includes virtual activities, but only includes public and followers-only activities (not private). You can only be matched with users you follow who also follow you back.
Can I share my Monthly Recap?
When viewing your Monthly Recap, tap the share icon at the bottom of each card to select which recap section you would like to share via social media or download directly to your phone.
How is activity time calculated?
The total hours displayed in your Monthly Recap are based on the moving time of your activities.
Can I view the previous month?
Month in Sport shows your current month only. It refreshes to the next month on the 26th, so save or share anything you want to keep before then.
I’ve already viewed my Month In Sport, but I have uploaded more activities. Can I refresh it?
The stats in your Month In Sport will update automatically; however, please be aware that the data in the experience may be slightly delayed. If you upload a new activity, it can take up to 24 hours for that data to be fully reflected in your Month In Sport. The experience will also not display activities completed in the new month; only data from the recapped month will be shown.
