Strava no longer supports logging in with Facebook credentials. If you previously used Facebook to log in, you can now access your Strava account using one of the login options listed below.
Email and one-time code (OTC): You can log in using the email address associated with your Facebook account. We'll send you a one-time code to complete the login.
Google authorization: If your Facebook account uses a Gmail address, you can log in with Google.
Password Recovery: To log in with your email and password, use the password recovery process. Visit this link and enter the email address associated with your Strava account. You will receive a link to reset your password.
If you don't know your Facebook email address, log in to Facebook and check your account settings to find the email address associated with your account.

I See This Error Message When Trying to Log In. What Should I Do?
Try these troubleshooting steps:
Verify you're using the correct email address associated with your Facebook account.
Check your email inbox (including spam folder) for the one-time code or password recovery link.
Make sure you're using the latest version of the Strava app.
Why Don't I See My Facebook Friends as Suggested Follows Anymore?
Strava no longer connects to Facebook to suggest friends. You can search for friends by name using the friend search feature.
I Cannot Remember Which Email Address I Used. What Do I Do?
If you're logged in to Strava, you can view your email address on your profile page. If you're logged out and cannot remember your email address, or you don't have access to your Facebook email address, please contact support with a link to your profile so we can help troubleshoot further.
My Facebook Is Linked to an Old Email Address That I Can't Access.
If you're currently logged into Strava, use one of the login options listed above. If you're not currently logged in to Strava, you will need to create a support ticket via email.
What if I Do Not Want to Use a One-Time Code?
Please reach out to support if you would like to return to entering a password.
I'm Not Receiving the Verification Code or One-Time Password Email.
If you don't see the "Your one-time code" email in your inbox, check your spam, promotions, and trash folders and add "[email protected]" to your contacts. Please wait one hour before requesting a new code.
My Profile Photo Suddenly Disappeared. Why Is My Profile Picture Gone?
It's no longer possible to sync your profile photo from a linked Facebook account, so a photo that was previously imported that way may no longer appear. Upload a new photo to your Strava profile to resolve this — once uploaded, it will remain in place. If a newly uploaded photo still doesn't appear, please contact Strava Support for further assistance.
Why Did I End Up on a New, Empty Account After Logging In With Google?
If your Facebook account used a Gmail address, logging in with Google will open or create the Strava account associated with that Gmail address. If your original Strava account was not already linked to that email, you may land on a new, empty account instead of your original one.
Use one of the other login options above, such as email and one-time code or password recovery, to regain access to your original account. If you have already created an empty account this way, do not delete it. Contact Strava Support and include a link to your profile so we can help you determine which account is correct.
