What Browsers Does Strava Support?

See which web browsers Strava currently supports on Windows and Mac computers, get official download links, and troubleshoot login or connection issues.

Strava is compatible with a number of modern web browsers. Windows users can access Strava using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Mac users can access Strava using Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome.

We strongly encourage you to keep your preferred browser up to date with the latest release. Here are links to download each of our supported browsers:

Google Chrome: Windows | Mac
Mozilla Firefox: Windows | Mac
Apple Safari: Mac

Please note that we're updating our support for the Strava Android app on Chromebooks. As of February 26th, 2026, the app stopped receiving updates on Chromebook devices. Existing installs may continue to function, but they won't receive new features or improvements going forward.

Your experience on other devices isn't affected, and you can continue using Strava on your mobile devices or through a web browser at strava.com, including on your Chromebook. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to support.

General Troubleshooting Steps

Confirm Internet Connection

Check your internet connection. If you're on Wi-Fi, we recommend toggling Wi-Fi off and back on, or using your mobile data instead. If you're using a VPN, try logging in with your VPN disabled.

Disable Extensions/Ad Blockers

Temporarily disable any browser extensions or ad/tracking blockers, then log in after you've disabled those features.
