There may be certain locations where, due to local laws or country-specific requirements, Strava’s services are partially or fully restricted. While subject to change, these countries currently include: Belarus, China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and South Korea. Note that you may experience issues and/or disruptions (e.g., accessing Strava’s platform through the app or syncing activities) while traveling through these countries.

Please email us from the same email address that is attached to your Strava account. This will allow us to provide the most efficient support possible. Strava Support can assist with data archives, account and activity settings, and, if applicable, refunds.
