How do I contact Strava Support?

If you have a question, an issue report, or feedback for Strava:

How to contact us from our support site: 
Click the link to Submit a Request at the bottom of this page. You will be asked to log in to your Strava account before you can submit a ticket. View your existing tickets by clicking Login in the upper right corner of this page, and choose "My Activities" in the menu under your name.

How to contact us through the mobile app:
Log in to Strava. Click the More tab then Help on the iPhone app. Click Settings on the Android app. Then scroll down and click FAQ & Support.

iPhone users will see the option to Contact Us in the upper right. Android users will see an orange "+" button in the lower right. 

How to contact us if you can't log in to Strava:
If you cannot access your Strava account, or if you are not registered with an account on Strava, please email us
