If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it in order to access your Strava account
First, log out of Strava if you haven't already. You can reset your password by clicking on "Forgot your password?" on the login page. Be sure to provide the email address that is linked to your Strava account. If you signed up via Facebook, you will need to enter the email address that is listed as the primary on your Facebook account. After submitting your email address, you will receive an email with instructions and a link to a page where you will be asked to enter a new password.
Not sure which email is registered with your Strava account?
If you can access your account, verify the email address on your Strava account by going to Profile > Settings on the web, and Profile > Settings (gear icon) > Change Email on the mobile app. If you cannot access your account, search your email inbox for any previous correspondence from Strava. If you signed up for Strava with Facebook, try the email address that is listed as primary on your Facebook account.
