Your Strava subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. If your subscription was recently renewed, canceling your subscription does not initiate a refund.
You must cancel your subscription using the same platform where you originally subscribed. For example, if you subscribed through the Strava website, you'll need to cancel your subscription from your Account Page.
You may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, Strava subscriptions are non-refundable.

Strava Website:
- Log in to your Strava account.
- Select your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Go to Settings > My Account > Cancel subscription.
Android App (Google Play):
- Open the Strava app and go to the You tab.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Select Your Strava Subscription > Manage Your Subscription.
You can also manage your Google Play subscriptions directly through Google Play.
iOS App (Apple):

Reach out to our Support team to request a refund within 14 days of purchase. After that, Strava subscriptions are non-refundable.
Android App (Google Play):
Please follow these instructions to request a refund from Google Play. Refunds typically must be requested within 48 hours of purchase. Approval is at Google's discretion, and not all refund requests will be accepted.
iOS App (Apple):

Apple controls all billing and refund decisions for App Store purchases. Strava Support is unable to issue refunds, modify charges, or escalate refund requests on Apple’s behalf. Please contact Apple Support with any questions or issues.

Will I lose my activities and data after I cancel my subscription?
Canceling your subscription does not delete any of your uploaded activities or data. You'll only lose access to subscription features.
When I cancel my subscription, will I lose access immediately?
You'll retain access to subscription features until the end of your current subscription term. You can view your subscription end date on the subscription management page.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refund processing times can vary depending on the platform you purchased your subscription through and your bank. In most cases, refunds take around 5–7 business days to appear back in your bank account. However, processing times can take longer.
Can a Strava gift subscription be refunded?
Gift subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. If the Gift was redeemed, the recipient's subscription will automatically be downgraded back to free.
