Club Event Flyer

You can create a flyer for your Club Event, automatically adding event information. Your flyer will be ready to post on your Instagram or saved to your phone. Club event flyers can include the following information, depending on available data.

• • Club and event Name.
  • Date and Time.
  • Starting Location.
  • Club Profile Photo.
  • Club Banner Photo as the background.
  • Route polyline, if there is a route for the event.
  • Placeholder to paste your event link directly to the flyer. 

How to Create and Share Your Club Event

• • Using the Strava mobile app, enter your club event and tap the share icon at the top right corner or underneath the “You’re Going” button if you have already RSVP’d.
  • To share the event flyer, select Instagram and choose your story. Select “More” to send your event flyer link to iMessage, WhatsApp, or other messaging apps.

What units of measure and language will the flyer use?

Event flyers will display in each user's preferred language and units of measure from the settings page.

Can I edit the flyer with different images or event details?

No, you cannot edit your flyer. All images and information are pulled directly from the club event on Strava. If you are a Club Admin, you will need to update the event information to reflect the latest flyer details.

Can I create and share the event flyer on the Strava website? 

Currently, this is available on mobile only.

My Instagram story showing my flyer says, “View on Strava.” What does this mean?

This allows anyone viewing your story with the event flyer to tap on it. If they are already a Strava member, they will be directed to the event; if not, they will be prompted to complete the Strava sign-up process.
