To switch your current subscription to the Strava + Runna subscription via Apple (iOS), please follow the steps below.
If you have an existing subscription for Strava
You will not be able to claim a partial refund or credit for any remaining time on your Runna subscription. You can either cancel your Runna subscription, wait for it to expire, and then upgrade to the bundle, or upgrade now and forfeit any remaining time.
1. Open the Strava app and tap your Profile icon, found at the top left of the "You" tab.
2. Tap on the Settings icon and then on the promotion for the Strava + Runna subscription
3. Purchase the Strava + Runna subscription
4. Connect your Strava and Runna accounts, if you have not done so previously.
After you make the purchase, Apple will automatically initiate a pro-rated refund to account for the remaining months from your past Strava subscription.
If you have existing subscriptions for both Strava and Runna
1. Cancel your current Runna subscription
2. Open the Strava app and tap your Profile icon, found at the top left of the "You" tab.
3. Tap on the Settings icon and then on the promotion for the Strava + Runna subscription
4. Purchase the Strava + Runna subscription and connect your Strava and Runna accounts, if you have not done so previously.
FAQs
If I switch to the Strava + Runna subscription, what happens to the time left on my previous subscription?
Apple will automatically process a refund for the remaining balance of your previous Strava subscription, as confirmed during checkout when you made your purchase. This refund should appear in your bank account within several business days.
How do I connect my Strava and Runna accounts?
Open the Runna app on your phone and navigate to your Runna profile (located in the top left corner).
Tap on "Connected Apps," then select Strava.
Click "Connect to Strava" and log in.
