Where can I purchase the Strava + Runna subscription? 

The Strava + Runna subscription can only be purchased through Strava’s website or the mobile app. At this time, it is not available for purchase through Runna.

I am a Strava subscriber. How can I switch to a Strava + Runna subscription? 

If you upgrade through the Strava website, the remaining days on your current subscription will be calculated, and a credit will be applied to your Strava + Runna subscription, which you will see before completing the purchase. If you upgrade through Strava’s mobile app, you will receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the current subscription, then be charged immediately for your new Strava + Runna subscription.

Will there be a monthly offer for the Strava + Runna subscription?

No, an annual subscription is the only option available.

I have a discounted subscription. Can that be applied to the Strava + Runna subscription?

No, the Strava + Runna subscription cannot be combined with other discounts.

I’m currently part of a Family Plan subscription. Does that include access to Runna?

Access to Runna is not part of Strava’s Family Plan. In order to get access to Runna, you can either cancel your Family Plan and re-upgrade to the Strava + Runna subscription or individually subscribe to Runna. 

If I switch to a Strava + Runna subscription, what happens to the time left on my current Strava subscription?

If you upgrade through the Strava website, the remaining days on your current subscription will be calculated, and a credit will be applied to your Strava + Runna subscription, which you will see before completing the purchase.

If you upgrade through the Strava mobile app, you will receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the current subscription, then be charged immediately for the Strava + Runna subscription.

When you switch to the Strava + Runna subscription, your subscription will renew one year from the date of the upgrade. Learn more about managing your subscription.

How to connect your Strava and Runna accounts.

1. Open the Runna app on your phone and navigate to your Runna profile, which is located at the top left of your screen.
2. Tap on “Connected Apps” and then on Strava.
3. Click “Connect to Strava” and log in.
4. Authorize Runna to connect to Strava.

I purchased a Strava + Runna subscription, but I don’t see the subscription features in the Runna app. Why?

To activate Runna's subscription, you must connect your Strava and Runna accounts. Please follow the steps above to connect your accounts.
