Strava and Runna Subscription for Android

To switch your current subscription to the Strava + Runna subscription via Android (Google Play), please follow the steps below.

If you have an existing subscription for Strava

1. Open the Strava Android app and tap your Profile icon.
2. Tap on the Settings icon, then on the promotion for the Strava + Runna subscription.
3. Purchase the Strava + Runna subscription.
4. Connect your Strava and Runna accounts if you haven't already done so.

Google Play will switch you to the Strava + Runna subscription and calculate a new renewal date that is based on the equivalent value from the balance of your existing Strava subscription. If you have existing subscriptions for both Strava and Runna

You will not be able to claim a partial refund or credit for any remaining time on your Runna subscription. You can either cancel your Runna subscription, wait for it to expire, and then upgrade to the bundle, or upgrade now and forfeit any remaining time.

FAQs

If I switch to the Strava + Runna subscription, what happens to the time left on my existing Strava subscription?

For your existing Strava subscription, Google Play will immediately switch you to the Strava + Runna subscription, and you will not be charged. A new subscription renewal date is calculated based on the equivalent value of your existing Strava subscription balance.

This will typically result in a new renewal date that is earlier than your previous Strava subscription, as the Strava + Runna subscription is at a higher price. If your Strava + Runna subscriptions renew, you will be charged the full price for the renewal.

How do I connect my Strava and Runna accounts?
