I’m currently part of a Family Plan subscription. Does that include access to Runna?
Access to Runna is not part of Strava’s Family Plan. To get access to Runna, you can either cancel your Family Plan and re-upgrade to the Strava + Runna subscription or separately subscribe to Runna.
How do I connect my Strava and Runna accounts?
- Open the Runna app on your phone and navigate to your Runna profile (located in the top left corner).
- Tap on "Connected Apps & Devices," then select Strava.
- Click "Connect to Strava" and log in.
- Authorize Runna to connect to Strava.
What will happen to my training plan if I cancel my Runna subscription?
If you cancel your existing Runna subscription in order to move to the Strava and Runna bundle, your training plan will not be impacted.
My Runna and Strava accounts are different email addresses. Will that be an issue?
No, your accounts do not need the same email address. The subscription is based on your connected accounts, not whether your email matches.
