- Select the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
- Type your question and press Enter to submit it.

- Scroll down to the bottom of Strava's support page to the bottom and click on "Submit a Request"
- Choose the category and fill out the form before submitting your request.
From the Mobile App
- Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner of the "You" tab to open "Settings."
- On Android, select "Support." On iOS, select "Help" > "Support."
- Type your question and tap the arrow to submit it.
