To Update or Change your Billing Information

If you subscribed through the Strava website, you can manage your payment method and postal code from your Settings page. Click on your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner and select Settings from the drop-down menu. Click on the My Account tab on the left side of the page, then select the option to Update or Add Payment Details, depending on whether your subscription is set to automatically renew.

If you see the option to Manage your subscription in Google Play or Manage your Apple subscription on this page instead, you'll need to manage the billing information you have on file in the Google Play or iTunes store, respectively.

To Update your Tax Location

If you’re a Strava subscriber in the U.S. or Canada, subscribed through, and need to update your tax location, you can do so by updating your Postal Code from the Account Page. If you’re outside the U.S. or Canada and have questions about changing your VAT amount, please contact Strava Support to update your tax location.

If you subscribed through Google Play or Apple, your tax location can be updated by changing your Billing Address associated with your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account.
