Managing your Billing Information and Frequency

To Update or Change your Billing Information

On the web, go to your Settings page by hovering over your profile picture in the top right and selecting 'Settings.' Click on the 'My Account' tab on the left side of the page. Select the option to 'Update' (highlighted below) next to your current billing information.

Change Subscription Length

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Please be aware, however, that this change will take effect at your next renewal date. For example, if you switch from an annual subscription to a monthly subscription, you will not be billed monthly until the next renewal date.

  • To change Summit subscriptions activated on the Strava website: Go to your Settings page by hovering over your profile picture in the top right and selecting 'Settings.' Click on the 'My Account' tab on the left side of the page.
    • Select the option to 'Change Membership.'
    • Select 'Billing & Payment' and toggle the option would wish to switch to for your new plan (annually or monthly).
