Strava Subscription Receipts

Strava will issue a subscription receipt based on how the subscription was purchased; you will need to refer to the payment method used. Please note that we can no longer generate a modified invoice for a subscription purchase.

If you Purchased Through Apple

Receipts for subscriptions purchased through Apple/iTunes must be retrieved through the App Store. We have no way of generating an invoice or receipt for these purchases. Apple should send a copy of the receipt to the email associated with the Apple ID that made the purchase. Please review this support article from Apple if you need further assistance.

If you Purchased Through Google Play

Receipts for subscriptions purchased through Google Play must be retrieved through the Google Play Store. We have no way of generating an invoice or receipt for these purchases. The Google Play email that made the purchase should receive a receipt from Google Play. If you cannot locate this message, please review this article for additional help.

If you Purchased from the Strava Website

Receipts for subscriptions purchased through the Strava website can be retrieved through your account page.

Since your subscription was purchased through our website, viewing your account page using a web browser is recommended. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to view your receipts using the Strava App.

Additionally, a receipt may not be available on the account page if your subscription was purchased through PayPal. Please refer to your PayPal account to locate the purchase. If you cannot find your purchase on PayPal, please contact our support team for help.
