Streaks on Strava

Streaks on Strava enable athletes to track their consistency over time, building weekly momentum. To keep their streak alive, Strava users must upload once a week. You can view your Streaks on the progress tab. This new feature is available to free users and Strava subscribers.

Streak Qualifications

  • Uploads must be weekly and need to be 60 seconds or greater.
  • A week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday.
  • All activity types will count for streaks, including manual uploads.
  • All privacy settings count.
  • If you start recording an activity in the evening of one day and it ends the next day, the activity will be counted for the day it was started. The timezone is the same as the athletes.

All device uploads will count as long as the activity recorded is over 60 seconds. If your device has been inactive for several weeks, your streak will be updated to show all activity once you sync it again.

If you delete an activity that was the only qualifying activity for the week, your streak will end. Please see the instructions for restoring an activity here. Additionally, activities previously uploaded to Strava as a .tcx, .fit, or .gpx file before January 1, 2009, will not count towards a streak.
