Strava App and Runna Subscription

You can subscribe to Runna directly within the Strava app to get full access to Runna Premium. This subscription is available to free Strava users on iOS and Android. Note that this subscription does not include Strava's subscription features. For access to both, visit the Strava + Runna subscription page.

Subscribe to Runna on the Strava App

1. Open the Strava app and tap your profile icon.
2. Tap “Settings.”
3. Tap “Training Plans” or go to the “Subscription management” section.
4. Select the Runna subscription offer.
5. Complete your purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

After purchasing, you'll be prompted to connect your Strava and Runna accounts to unlock Runna Premium access. The Runna subscription is available on monthly and annual plans. Pricing varies by country.

Connect your accounts

Connecting your Strava and Runna accounts is required to access Runna Premium after purchase.

If you're new to Runna, follow the in-app prompt to sign up using your Strava account. Your subscription will be applied automatically. If you signed up with a different method (such as email), open the Runna app, go to Settings > Connected Apps, and connect your Strava account.

If you already have a Runna account, follow the in-app prompt to connect your Strava and Runna accounts. Your Runna Premium subscription will be unlocked automatically.

Cancel your Runna subscription

Your Runna subscription is managed through Strava. To cancel:

1. Open the Strava app.
2. Tap Settings > Your Runna Subscription > Manage Subscription.
3. Follow the prompts to cancel via the Apple App Store or Google Play.

You cannot cancel this subscription from within the Runna app.

FAQs

Does this subscription include Strava subscription features?

No. The Runna subscription purchased via Strava gives you access only to Runna Premium. You will remain on Strava's free tier. To get access to both, upgrade to the Strava + Runna subscription.

Can I purchase this on the Strava website?

No. This subscription is only available through the Strava mobile app on iOS and Android.

Is a free trial available?

A 14-day free trial is available if you haven't previously taken a free trial with Strava or Runna and don't have an active Runna subscription. If you've previously tried Runna, you will not be eligible for a trial.

What happens when my trial ends?

Apple or Google will notify you before your trial converts to a paid subscription. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial end date, your payment method will be charged, and your subscription will begin.

Can I switch between monthly and annual plans?

You can manage your subscription through the Strava app, which will route you to the Apple App Store or Google Play to make changes.

Can I upgrade to the Strava + Runna subscription?

Yes. You can upgrade to the full Strava + Runna bundle at any time from within the Strava app.
