Error Message When Logging in

If you encounter an error message when attempting to log in, it may be due to a spelling error in your email or password, an incorrect one-time code, or exceeding the login request threshold for a given period of time.

How to remove the error

    • Log in again after one hour has passed, ensuring that you are using the correct email and password, with the correct spelling.

    • Please clear your browser's history and cache, then quit and reopen your primary browser. Try logging in again.

    • If the above step does not resolve the issue, try logging in to your Strava account using a different web browser.

    • If none of the steps above have resolved the issue, please wait 24 hours before attempting to log in again.

If the error message is still not removed, contact our support team. Please let us know which browsers you are using, as well as any extensions or third-party applications you have installed. Additionally, provide as much information as possible to help us verify your Strava account.
