- If you have lost access to the email linked to your Strava account and are unable to reset your password, please contact us directly to resolve this issue.
- Log out of Strava and navigate to the account recovery link, and provide the email address associated with your account.
- Instructions for creating a password will be sent to the email address associated with your Strava account.
- After you create your new password, log back in.
If you do not receive the email with the password recovery link, please check your spam folder and search for any emails from Strava (no-reply@strava.com). If you still haven't received the password recovery email or are experiencing issues after trying the steps above, please contact our support team. The next time you log in to your Strava account, enter your email, and then you will be prompted to enter your password or enable a one-time code as your login method.
