Strava Subscription Not Showing on Your Account?

If you've purchased a Strava subscription through Google Play or Apple and your subscription hasn't been applied to your account, please try the following steps to restore your purchased subscription.

If You Subscribed Through Google Play

    1. From the mobile app, open your settings from the gear icon in the upper right corner of the You tab.
    2. Click on Restore Purchases.

If You Subscribed Through Apple

    1. From the mobile app, open your settings from the gear icon in the upper right corner of the You tab.
    2. Click on Restore Purchases.

FAQ

What if my subscription hasn't been restored after following the steps above?

There’s a possibility your subscription is connected to a duplicate account where a subscription was originally purchased. Please submit a ticket to our support team that includes:

    • A screenshot of the receipt of your purchase
    • Email associated with your current and previous Strava accounts

I don’t have a duplicate account and my subscription purchase from Google Play or Apple is still failing to restore.

Please submit a ticket that includes a screenshot of your receipt so we can investigate further.
