If you've purchased a Strava subscription through Google Play or Apple, but your account hasn't been upgraded, it could be that we haven't received information from them about the payment.
If You Subscribed Through Google Play

- First, please try the following steps to re-sync your purchase to your Strava account:
- From the mobile app, open your settings from the
icon in the upper right corner of the You tab.

- If the above doesn't work, your device's battery-saving settings may prevent us from accessing data when needed. As a result, we are unable to check the subscription status. You can check your battery saver settings and make sure Strava isn't being limited:
- Find and disable your phone's battery saver settings. These are typically located in Settings > Battery > Hamburger (top right 3 dots) > Battery Saver.
- Ensure Strava is disabled from any power-saving features: Access battery settings > app power saving > details > Strava > disabled.
- If the problem still occurs after adjusting your device's battery settings, simply log out of your Strava account, and then log back in. This should take care of it, but if not, you can try deleting the Strava app and reinstalling it.

- From the mobile app, open your settings from the

- Click on Restore Purchases.
- If your profile does not update, uninstall and reinstall the Strava app. Then try restoring purchases again.
